Description:
Autumn rains, more than 300 mm per week, caused extreme saturation of soil with moisture and under the house in the Moscow region.
The house sank by an average of 45 mm! GeoResin injections using DEEP Lifting technology were able to seal the base and return the structure to its previous level in just three days.
Task:
Strengthen the loosened soil base and re-level the foundation of the house in the most economical and fast way. The house was built on the site of logging and backfill.
Decision:
The method involved the injection of expanding resins into the base of the foundation. GeoResin deep Liftings were used to seal and strengthen the soil and foundation. This restored the load-bearing capacity of the ground to support the structures of the house. After that, 42 m of foundations were lifted to the desired levels and the average lift was 45 mm. This method did not involve any digging or messing up to affect the beauty of the site and surrounding area. In just three days, the exact desired result was obtained.
Result:
During the work, residents did not leave the facility and witnessed the work. All the work was carried out with great neatness and cleanliness. The drawdown stopped, which was confirmed by repeated Geomonitoring during the warranty period.
