Object:

2 - storey building, heated, without basement. The building has an irregular shape in the plan. The dimensions of the building in axes 1 - 9/A-E – 28,1x20,5 m.

Floor heights in the building in the light:

1st floor – 3.42 m;

2nd floor – 3.3 m;

The structural scheme of the building is a frame-link structure, with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls and internal metal columns and floor beams.

Problem:

The construction of the foundation monolithic reinforced concrete inner plate began to subside unevenly. As a result, uneven deformation of the load – bearing columns located on the slab.

Task:

Stopping the sedimentary processes of the foundation slab.

Decision:
