Problem:
A water pipe break caused soaking of the soil of the foundation ground, and, as a result, uneven subsidence of the building. Numerous cracks appeared. The survey was revealed weakened the layers of soil that should be strengthened.
Task:
Strengthening of the ground at the base of the building strip foundation.
Solution:
Work was carried out to strengthen the soil of the foundations of the ribbon foundation to a depth of-minus 1.2 meters and to-minus 2.8 meters. The strengthening of the base soils using the GeoResin technology was carried out by injecting the expanding geopolymer composition of GeoResin into the weakened soil thickness.
