Slab foundations of reactor workshops at the chemical industry facility
Deep Lifting, Floor Lifting
When installing iron-concrete slab-type foundations for the reactors, uneven subsidence occurred, which caused the reactors to be skewed. According to the technological features of production, the requirements for the verticality of reactor structures are ±5 mm for the support "legs".
Horizontal re-leveling of reactor structures due to lifting of foundations.
To solve this problem, preliminary strengthening of the foundation soil was carried out to avoid further movement and re-leveling of reactor structures in the horizontal plane by lifting the foundations.
