              Restoring the reliable condition of structures affected by serious problems, such as loosening, poor compaction during construction, or overloading of structures, has been and still is a complex process. Weak ground (weak foundation soil) can endanger the safe condition of floors, foundations, and other supporting elements of buildings and structures, exposing structures to the risk of damage and collapse. Currently available solutions to improve the soil condition of the base are limited, highly invasive (interfering directly with the structure elements), expensive, time-consuming and dirty. If landscaping (or restoration) work requires the building tenant to move, then suspending the business may add additional losses for both the business operator and the business tenant's company. Now there is a relatively new alternative. After many years of extensive research and testing, GeoResin has designed a non-invasive method for fixing the bases (without interfering with structures or supporting elements). This method strengthens the base from the inside and consolidating the unstructured particals.

             The solution uses a combination of several properties of geopolymer resins for soil restoration. The method is applicable both to eliminate the vulnerability of the underlying soil layers, and can be applied under existing structures at a depth of up to 9 meters. There are also separately developed resins for use directly in soil while preparation for new construction.
When applied under existing structures, the technology for improving (strengthening) the soil and eliminating the consequences of loosening or expanding the base soil (clay), reduces porosity, pre-stresses the supporting structures (foundations, floors) and helps to return the real estate asset to a reliable working condition. This new approach to restoring structures and their foundations can help preserve existing buildings and infrastructure as a whole, even in the cramped conditions of dense environment. This is a worthy alternative to expensive demolition and invasive restoration.
