Description:
At the end of 2019, GeoResin received an appeal with a request to find out and eliminate the causes of cracks on the walls of a residential building located in the Moscow region.
Causes:
Specialists went to the site to conduct an audit of the building and survey the foundation soils. During the survey and further processed results,there were identified areas of soil with a reduced bearing capacity below the level of the base of the foundation.
Process and result:
After processing the results civil engeneers designed the project to strengthen the foundation soils. All decisions amd process details were coordinated with the customer. GeoResin employees began to carry out repair and restoration works in 5 days after the first contact. All work was completed in full within two working days, which made possible to minimize all inconveniences for the customer and not disrupt his work schedule.
