Objective
Performance of recovery works in the shortest possible time, without earthworks and disruption
Data
The owner of the country house was concerned about a sbsiding corner and a cracks that had developed on the exterior of the building. Visual inspection revealed that these deformations were the result of strong compressibility of clay soil at the base of the foundation due to waterlogging.
Goal
Elimination of the consequences of deformations by strengthening the soil at the base of the foundations of a residential building with micropore filling
Applied technologies
The solution provided a method of deep Lifting DEEP Lifting, by injection into the soil under the foundation of the buildings of the polymer composition, which due to expansion has created compaction and consolidation of loose soil with a partial lifting of settled structures in the corner of the house, providing a generally impervious to moisture factor.
Result
The quality of soil hardening and lifting of the settled structure of the corner of the house is checked by geodetic survey and dynamic penetration tests before and after the injection of the mixture into the soil. As well as using laser monitoring for the vertical movement of subsided structures by an average of 5 mm in the course of the project. At the end of the last injection, the "closing" of cracks with installed beacons is visually recorded.
