Solvable problem:
Increase the load-bearing capacity of watered soils and foundation in sewer conditions.
Source data:
The existing administrative building was under project for adding extra floors. However, during a detailed survey of the building structures and foundation soils, the design organization revealed insufficient load-bearing capacity of the watered soils at the base of the foundations.
Goal:
Increase the load-bearing capacity of the soil at the base of the foundations.
Applied technology:
The solution of this problem in the cramped conditions of the premises was made possible by the GeoResin technology using the DEEP Lifting method.
Result:
Due to the injection of the GeoResin geopolymer composite into the watered soil under the foundation level, a hardened volume was formed in the base, which increased the strength and deformation characteristics of the weak base.
